to Australia by Glen Dimplex and is creating a wave of excitement in the home
heating industry. Finally we have a modern gas fireplace that not only performs
and looks great but carries on board the latest technologies available. The Escea IB1100 gas fire and the Escea outdoor gas fire are now available. Read below
for all the facts on the beautiful new Escea range. Also if you are thinking
of 'boxing' it in, the Escea IB 850 & the IB1100 are available as a 'zero clearance' unit
which means they can easily be installed into cabinetry. No limits!
The new Escea EF5000 outdoor gas heater is a non flued (outdoor only) unit combining power and beauty - 14.5kW of heat power.
The Escea IB850 gas fire
with 4 sided silver surround - presents a stunning feature
as well as a practical home heating solution. The four sided surround looks
great when elevated.
The Escea IB850 gas fire
with 4 sided black surround - The Escea IB850 has a
heat output of 9.0Kw which is enough to comfortably heat the largest living
space.
The
Escea IB850 gas fire with 3 sided silver surround - The
three sided surround looks great when installing at floor or hearth level.
The
Escea IB850 gas fire with 3 sided black surround - Fascias
come in metallic silver, satin black or Florantine bronze and in either 3 or four sided. The fire
comes with wireless remote control, thermostat, programmable timer and three
speed fan as standard features.
The Escea IB850 Freestanding Unit has been designed to allow a stylish installation of our IB850 in a room layout that does not lend itself to the traditional in-wall application. It is available in a variety of powder coated colours to suit your rooms decor. The kitset comes with a 3.6m flue system which features a wide (200mm diamater) outer liner that is also powder coated to match the chosen Freestanding Unit colour.The Freestanding Unit is 1345mm wide, 850 tall, and 512mm deep.
The Escea IB1100 Ultra Wide gas fire - Whether you have a large room, a big flat panel TV or you just want to make a stunning visual statement. This is the fire for you. Like the IB850 fascias are available in silver, bronze or black and you can choose between three or four sided.
The Escea IB1100 gas fire - With metallic silver surround is the perfect combination of minimalist styling and high efficiency heating. The fire comes with wireless remote control, thermostat, programmable timer and three speed fan as standard features.The IB1100 has 9.0kW of heat output, and is 75% efficient.
The
Escea IB850 & IB1100 remote control - The wireless remote control
allows you to set the temperature where you are sitting as the smart thermostat
will read from where you leave it. You can also set two on - off periods per
day (up to seven days) so you will never wake up or come home to a cold house. Remote control is included as standard.
The
Escea IB850 & IB1100 gas fires can be installed into cabinetry as a zero clearance unit
- All you need is a spare wall space and the Escea gas
fire can be installed or 'boxed' into a timber framed enclosure. This process
is a simple and quick way to achieve an ambient and effective heat source as
well as adding value to your house.
The
Escea IB850 & IB1100 gas fires can be installed traditionally up and through the roof
- Or as pictured with a set of 45 degree bends to avoid

EF5000 Outdoor Gas Fireplace
The escea EF5000 is a wide aspect, open fronted gas fireplace that has been specifically designed to provide heat and ambience to an outdoor living or dining area. The Style, size, and materials of this appliance have been chosen to create an impressive centre piece that is in keeping with the outdoor environment. The whole fire is made from marine grade stainless steel so it will handle the harshest conditions.
The Escea EF5000 is ignited by way of it's touch pad electronic control which gives you the option of three different heat settings. Because the control system works from batteries, no mains power is required. It is made 100% of stainless Steel, and our flue-less design has removed the complexity and expense associated with flued outdoor fireplaces.
If you have no external walls suitable for installing the EF5000, then simply use the Kitset Wall Unit, an easy-to-assemble, customizable, freestanding unit designed especially for the EF5000 – letting you place the fire anywhere you wish.

The escea IB850 & IB1100 gas fires offer a great wide-view flame area as well as enough heat to keep even the
largest living areas toasty warm and the Escea EF5000 will add ambience to any outdoor decor.
All Escea gas heaters should be
installed by an accredited tradesman in accordance with local codes if any
or to ANSI Z223.1 - 1992 and NFPA 54(88) and the requirements listed in the
owners manual.
