THE LOPI 35 CUSTOM
BUILDER WITH STAINLESS STEEL FASCIA - The
Lopi 35 Custom builder gas log fire has a realistic and charming flame picture
with plenty of heat output, capable of heating an area up to 95 square metres.

BRUSHED ALUMINIUM FASCIA - The
Lopi 35CB gas fireplace works during power outages with its millivolt ignition
system.

STANDARD SQUARE BLACK FASCIA - The
Lopi 35 CB gas log fire is available with an optional thermo remote control.
It comes with a wall switch as standard and convenient operating controls.
THE LOPI 35CB WITH
STANDARD ARCHED BLACK FASCIA - The
Lopi 35 CB gas flame fire is approved for multiple venting requirements and
can be installed in kitchens, bathrooms, family areas and mobile homes. Safety
features include a thermocouple switch that shuts off gas in 30 seconds if
the pilot goes out.

NEO-CLASSIC BRUSHED NICKEL FASCIA - The
Lopi 35 CB gas fireplace has a finely detailed grill that transfers heat efficiently
into your home with variable heat output. A whisper quiet 130 CFM thermo controlled
convection fan is a standard feature.

FRENCH COUNTRY ANTIQUE GOLD FASCIA - The
Lopi 35 CB gas log fire is pictured here with optional 'brick' liner (see
'other fascias' for pricing). A large ceramic glass viewing area (420mm high,
750mm wide) is standard.

THE LOPI CB 35 - The
Lopi Custom Builder 35 fireplace has many different fascia options available
and can be installed in straight or corner placement with flush or recessed
face. It can be raised or at hearth level.
THE LOPI 35CB ZERO
CLEARANCE INSTALLATION - The
Lopi 35 CB is rated for zero clearance installation. The 'fins' on the sides
and top of the heater act as spacers to any combustibles. This provides ease
of installation and placement of your fireplace and peace of mind with the
knoweledge that you and your family are totally safe.
The Lopi 35 CB gas log heater
is rated as zero clearance which means it can be installed into combustible
enclosures like a timber framed 'box' or cabinetry. It
is also approved for installation in a mobile home, kitchen or bathroom.
The Lopi Custom Builder 35
gas fireplace has a high tech 'Direct Vent' combustion system with the combination
of the multi - port, aluminised pan burner and SIT gas valve, the direct vent
system ensures great performance, ease of operation and durable long life.
It is all backed by an industry leading Seven Year Limited Warranty.
All Lopi gas fireplaces should
be installed by an accredited tradesman in accordance with local codes if
any or to ANSI Z223.1 - 1992 and NFPA 54(88) and the requirements listed in
the owners manual.
