Since 1961 the Scandia work shops have been producing wood heaters and parts
for wood heaters and wood fired cookers. Now after three generations of stove
builders, they are still going strong and are able to supply not only the
wood heaters on this page, but a range of
cookers
and a mind arresting array of parts soon to be listed.
The Scandia WOMBAT
is the ultimate in shed heating whilst retaining the appeal for household
use with the ability to heat up to 15 squares. By installing the Wombat as
your shed heater you can rest assured knowing you are conforming with all
the relevant laws and standards applying to thermal clearances and emissions.
Solid cast iron construction.
Fuel
Seasoned and dry wood, coal or briquettes all burn effectively
and efficiently. Fuel consumption and heat output will vary according to the
calorific value and quantity of fuel used.
Flue
Approved 150mm (6”) flue connected to the top of heater. Minimum length
3.6m (12’).
The Scandia REGAL
is an elegant choice for small to medium household heating with the ability
to heat up to 20 squares. Common to all Scandia appliances the Regal is tested
to relevant Australian Standards. The Regal is constructed from high quality
solid cast iron with firebrick liners to maximise efficiency and protection.
