At Abbey Fireplaces we sell Wood heaters, Gas fires, Electric fireplaces, Spirit fires and Outdoor fires.
Wherever you may live in Australia, we can get most product delivered.
We recommend customers collect the goods direct from the nearest Abbey Fireplaces store located to you, as freight companies can charge exorbitant prices for freight services.
The pallet and goods have been checked and passed before being forwarded, however they are not unwrapped. While we take every care to make sure your product leaves in perfect condition, accidents can occur. Please check the goods before signing. If you see damage do not accept the delivery, call us!
There is a charge for freight services.
Call or email us for a quote. If you live in our area (Brookvale – Sydney, Illawarra or Central Coast) and you have a truck, large ute or large trailer you can pickup yourself (our warehouse manager will load the goods for you).
All goods must be fully paid prior to
dispatch from the warehouse.
There are a few options for payment:
You can provide us with your credit card details i.e., Type, Number, Expiry Date and CCV.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.
We do not accept American Express.
You can also direct deposit to: ANZ BSB
012 243 – ACC # 498 713 218 – please quote the Name on the order and the Sales Order or Tax Invoice Number.
We accept cash payment.
HOW TO ORDER
Simply e-mail or call us regarding an order, including the item codes, brand name or model and any questions you may have.
Once you are happy with your choice and wish to order we will send you a Sales Order.
We require a deposit payment for every order.
Please make sure to check the sizes and heater capacity and choose carefully as delivered goods cannot be changed or refunded.
Upon receipt of payment your order will be processed immediately.
You will be notified of arrival by your local Abbey Fireplaces Store.
